Spectators: 7568 (Terracing: 5677, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bartoloměj Drahovzal got the match started through his kick off. Jiří Sýkora blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miloš Raab having to make a save. The long shot by František Břeň in the 15th minute really tested Mirek Petera's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Miloš Raab was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 26 minutes, Jan Tolar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Detenice and the Vlkan players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jan Tolar hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. If Bartoloměj Drahovzal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otomar Škuta scored 1-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mirek Petera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vlkan made a substitution. Günter Kulhánek replaced Radimír Bartl. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jiří Sýkora stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Detenice's goalkeeper Miloš Raab, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Jan Tolar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. The supporters of Vlkan booed when AC Detenice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Tolar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miloš Raab stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jiří Sýkora's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Vítek Schindler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miloš Raab was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Miloš Raab came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Vlkan's Günter Kulhánek. But to his dismay, Günter Kulhánek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Vlkan's Jiří Sýkora got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Otomar Škuta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Detenice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Eliáš Uvíra hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. If Günter Kulhánek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Detenice's Miloš Raab proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save AC Detenice from getting a goal against them. Jiří Sýkora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Josef Drozd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th match minute, AC Detenice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartoloměj Drahovzal to maneuver through the defense. Vlkan's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
