Tj KOVO Ždánice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Radil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 6 minutes into the match, PFC BOTEV's goal looked a bit too open when Mikuláš Strnad came free, but Michal Tomi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarolím Valík kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Mikuláš Strnad might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michal Tomi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikuláš Strnad ran back to his position shaking his head. PFC BOTEV's Michal Tomi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikuláš Strnad in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute Vít Vavroušek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timmy Petersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerry Lindberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikuláš Strnad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Michal Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Romulo Sol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timmy Petersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaromír Marek in the 22nd minute of play. Tj KOVO Ždánice's Romulo Sol got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the game, Mikuláš Strnad cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Michal Tomi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Filiph Salkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the PFC BOTEV defense, Jerry Lindberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michal Tomi. The PFC BOTEV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michal Tomi should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikuláš Strnad in the 38th minute of play forced PFC BOTEV's goalkeeper Michal Tomi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, PFC BOTEV's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Sol came free, but Michal Tomi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in PFC BOTEV's zone, Mikuláš Strnad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michal Tomi came out of the goal and Mikuláš Strnad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romulo Sol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the PFC BOTEV defense, Mikuláš Strnad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michal Tomi. The PFC BOTEV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michal Tomi should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaromír Marek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Romulo Sol took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michal Tomi. Michal Tomi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Filiph Salkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The corner led Tj KOVO Ždánice's Petr Šuráň to fire away a dangerous shot which Michal Tomi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Romulo Sol might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michal Tomi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romulo Sol ran back to his position shaking his head. Romulo Sol struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Michal Tomi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tj KOVO Ždánice. Timmy Petersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Radil in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Mikuláš Strnad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michal Tomi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jaromír Vágner fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PFC BOTEV's protests and gave Jaromír Vágner a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, PFC BOTEV's Jaromír Vágner got a free kick in the 81st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romulo Sol got free with Michal Tomi in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Romulo Sol kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Michal Tomi. That made the score 1-5 in the 84 minute of play. If Jan Radil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 minutes, Filiph Salkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tj KOVO Ždánice and the PFC BOTEV players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of PFC BOTEV booed when Tj KOVO Ždánice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiph Salkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tj KOVO Ždánice's Filiph Salkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filiph Salkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Tomi having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, PFC BOTEV's goal looked a bit too open when Mikuláš Strnad came free, but Michal Tomi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
