Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st minute, Andrej Kalný reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Osvald Lebduška. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 24th minute, Jiří Hnyk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Andrej Kalný fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Roman Toth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvald Lebduška made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Toth in the 43rd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, FK Nova Vavrovice's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Honek came free, but Osvald Lebduška reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrej Kalný in the 56th minute of play forced FK Nova Vavrovice's goalkeeper Osvald Lebduška to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrej Kalný sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roman Toth in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvald Lebduška saved FK Nova Vavrovice from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petr Adamčík in the 78th minute of play forced FK Nova Vavrovice's goalkeeper Osvald Lebduška to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
