The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee ignored Cukmantl's protests and gave Slavomír Morong a yellow card for diving instead. 9 minutes into the match, SK Vysoké Mýto's goalkeeper Jan Šejnoha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrich Junek. SK Vysoké Mýto's Roman Toth got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Cukmantl defense, Roman Toth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Libor Janata. The Cukmantl fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Libor Janata should have stopped the shot. Libor Janata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrej Kalný, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Henrich Junek struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Jan Šejnoha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cukmantl. In the 27th minute, Lukáš Jurčák got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martin Fousek charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Fousek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Martin Fousek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Roman Toth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lukáš Jurčák sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roman Toth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cukmantl's zone, Roman Toth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Libor Janata came out of the goal and Roman Toth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Martin Fousek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

If Andrej Kalný had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Cukmantl's Libor Janata got control of the ball when Roman Toth tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cukmantl's Libor Janata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Cukmantl from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, SK Vysoké Mýto's goal looked a bit too open when Lukáš Jurčák came free, but Jan Šejnoha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SK Vysoké Mýto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lukáš Jurčák was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Libor Janata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrej Kalný in the 91st minute of the match. Lukáš Jurčák received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Jan Šejnoha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SK Vysoké Mýto's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
