Spectators: 7620 (Terracing: 5716, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 152) FC Jeseter's Jiří Paul started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roger Ieberts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ivan Kousal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Roger Ieberts managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jelen's supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Ieberts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Kousal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Başar Erem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Kousal having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Pavel Halamka fired a really elegant long shot, but Karel Bukovjan threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. After 15 minutes, Horst Kostečka mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jelen and the FC Jeseter players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Tomáš Vild left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Jeseter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Lubomír Flídr came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the FC Jeseter fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lubomír Flídr couldn't finish the play. Roger Ieberts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivan Kousal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Başar Erem in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Vratislav Hirsch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karel Bukovjan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karel Bukovjan made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Vratislav Hirsch sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vratislav Hirsch got free with Karel Bukovjan in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the match, Jelen's goal looked a bit too open when Lubomír Flídr came free, but Karel Bukovjan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horst Kostečka hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Karel Bukovjan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomáš Vild in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomáš Vild in the 55th minute of play forced Jelen's goalkeeper Karel Bukovjan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was beautiful to see FC Jeseter's Pavel Halamka in action when he in the 60th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Oskar Bouma lost his temper 63 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Oskar Bouma hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Karel Bukovjan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vratislav Hirsch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jelen's Karel Bukovjan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiří Paul in the 71st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Başar Erem kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivan Kousal. That made the score 2-1 in the 72 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Başar Erem in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Kousal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomáš Vild in the 84th minute of play forced Jelen's goalkeeper Karel Bukovjan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Jeseter's zone, Başar Erem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Kousal came out of the goal and Başar Erem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ivan Kousal made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Roger Ieberts sent off a good shot on target. Başar Erem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Kousal having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Jeseter had won after a very even match.
