After 3 played minutes FC Guinness got a freekick which was hit by Augustin Mikoláš. 6 minutes into the match, FC Zbrojovka Brno's goalkeeper Egon Šícha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horymír Hampl. Egon Šícha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Mráz went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Alex Mráz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marian Klas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th match minute, FC Guinness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petr Slunečko to maneuver through the defense. FC Zbrojovka Brno's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Augustin Mikoláš 21 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Marian Klas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Egon Šícha managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when FC Guinness's Alex Mráz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sobah Al Sharah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdenek Piňos having to interfere. After 35 played minutes FC Guinness got a freekick which was hit by Attila Pařenica. In the 40th minute, Augustin Mikoláš reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Egon Šícha. The goal made the score 3-0. Zdenek Piňos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Klas in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute Sobah Al Sharah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdenek Piňos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zdenek Piňos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marian Klas went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marian Klas made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Marian Klas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, FC Zbrojovka Brno's goal looked a bit too open when Augustin Mikoláš came free, but Egon Šícha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Augustin Mikoláš left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Guinness fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 71 minutes into the match, FC Zbrojovka Brno's goal looked a bit too open when Augustin Mikoláš came free, but Egon Šícha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Mráz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sobah Al Sharah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Guinness's goalkeeper Zdenek Piňos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in FC Guinness's zone, Marian Klas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdenek Piňos came out of the goal and Marian Klas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute Alex Mráz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egon Šícha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC Guinness's Zdenek Piňos got control of the ball when Sobah Al Sharah tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Guinness fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Zbrojovka Brno had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
