Spectators: 7174 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Neckář in the 8th minute of play forced Certyne's goalkeeper František Zajac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Radimír Svatek notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Madeira FC's Karel Bakeš. Karel Bakeš was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 14 minutes into the match, Jan Slach had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of František Zajac. Certyne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Slach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Radko Pagáč sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. František Zajac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Neckář, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 minutes Madeira FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roman Jirásko who took care of the corner kick. František Zajac came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Madeira FC's Jan Slach. But to his dismay, Jan Slach quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 32nd minute, Alexander Flégl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Madeira FC's zone, Radimír Svatek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karel Bakeš came out of the goal and Radimír Svatek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Radko Pagáč blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karel Bakeš having to make a save. After 44 played minutes Ladislav Nesnídal rounded Madeira FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Slach to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Certyne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jiří Trhlík to maneuver through the defense. When Madeira FC's Jan Slach in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Certyne's goalie prevented a goal. Jiří Trhlík hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Květoslav Vimr kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. If Radko Pagáč had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Kryštof Vykoukal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 played minutes Augustin Neckář rounded Certyne's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radko Pagáč in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karel Bakeš saved Madeira FC from getting behind. If Radko Pagáč had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Madeira FC's zone, Radko Pagáč stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karel Bakeš came out of the goal and Radko Pagáč tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. František Zajac didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 92nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-4. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Certyne lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
