Spectators: 8463 (Terracing: 6352, Seating: 1947, VIP seats: 164) Neubiela's Otmar Soška got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bartoloměj Štěch might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Augustin Prášil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartoloměj Štěch ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Neubiela's Bartoloměj Štěch got a free kick in the 7th minute. Tomáš Lepka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan Dubec hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Radek Tulej ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adam Melichar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Augustin Prášil made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Libor Průša sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Neubiela's Jan Dubec slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Augustin Prášil. That made the score 2-1 after 32 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Libor Průša managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neubiela's supporters rose to their feet, but Libor Průša was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augustin Prášil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Neubiela booed when Zaječice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Tengler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augustin Prášil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartoloměj Štěch in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helmut Basl in the 41st minute of play forced Neubiela's goalkeeper Adam Melichar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Zaječice's goal looked a bit too open when Otmar Soška came free, but Augustin Prášil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Augustin Prášil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otmar Soška, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Libor Průša charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Libor Průša the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th match minute, Neubiela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Libor Průša to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Zaječice's Helmut Basl got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 58th minute Otmar Soška shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustin Prášil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petr Hála received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adam Melichar came out and tried to block the shot, but Petr Hála slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 60th minute. Neubiela's Adam Melichar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Neubiela from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Zaječice getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Tomáš Lepka hit a great ball. Radek Tulej made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Neubiela's Bartoloměj Štěch. Otmar Soška fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustin Prášil having to interfere. If Zdislav Honsa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bartoloměj Štěch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Neubiela's Adam Melichar got control of the ball when Zdeněk Tylšar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zdeněk Tylšar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Adam Melichar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Tomáš Lepka reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adam Melichar. The goal made the score 2-3. Adam Melichar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petr Hála in the 88th minute of the match. The Zaječice supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zaječice would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
