In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Litvínov fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! In the 9th minute there was a penalty for FC Hostovnice. Vít Miláček stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vladimír Nesládek. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jiří Michalík in the 20th minute of play forced FC Litvínov's goalkeeper Vladimír Nesládek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd match minute, FC Hostovnice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by František Hajný to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Zdeněk Balák hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimír Nesládek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukáš Bouma, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute Jiří Michalík shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimír Nesládek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladimír Nesládek came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Hostovnice's Zdeněk Balák. But to his dismay, Zdeněk Balák quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bruno Kouba charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Kouba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th match minute, FC Litvínov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Kouba to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Bruno Kouba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivo Tlustý having to interfere. Jaroslav Chmelíček recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaroslav Chmelíček received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ivo Tlustý tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roman Přenosil during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 58 minutes into the game, one of FC Litvínov:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Vít Miláček shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 62 minutes into the match, FC Litvínov's goal looked a bit too open when Jiří Michalík came free, but Vladimír Nesládek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Bruno Kouba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Tlustý saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute FC Litvínov were awarded a corner. Jacek Valta went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Bruno Kouba advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-2 in the 65th minute. František Hajný hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Vladimír Nesládek was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jiří Michalík showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 82 minute of play. The supporters of FC Litvínov booed when FC Hostovnice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdeněk Balák didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dalimil Kocurek got free with Vladimír Nesládek in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vladimír Nesládek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jiří Michalík in the 92nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Dalimil Kocurek could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Vladimír Nesládek however easily saved by the left post. FC Hostovnice's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
