Robert Daníček might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Witalis Blochowiak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Daníček ran back to his position shaking his head. Aadolf Ihanamäki scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augustin Prášil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With 23 minutes on the clock, Denis Atarrabi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 24 minutes into the match, Zaječice's Jan Kuchynka sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Witalis Blochowiak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FK Louny's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boris Machač was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Petr Baroch fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zaječice's protests and gave Petr Baroch a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd match minute, Zaječice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petr Baroch to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Robert Daníček made the kick off in the second half. Karel Hýbl charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karel Hýbl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 played minutes FK Louny got a freekick which was hit by Karel Hýbl. After 52 played minutes, Zaječice's Jan Kuchynka shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Witalis Blochowiak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zaječice reached it. Boris Machač could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Augustin Prášil made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Helmut Basl during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, Karel Hýbl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boris Machač could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Augustin Prášil made a huge save. Boris Machačs short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Augustin Prášil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 71 minutes into the game, Nikola Skopal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Augustin Prášil. Nikola Skopal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. If Boris Machač had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nikola Skopal struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Augustin Prášil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Louny. Boris Machač sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Zaječice players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
