Spectators: 6932 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1932, VIP seats: 0) Josef Weis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pavel Patera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonín Matys in the 3rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Antonín Matys kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pavel Patera. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Slavoj Janák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Prudký having to interfere. Pavel Patera made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Florian Sladký sent off a good shot on target. Vojtěch Berný scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pavel Prudký, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FK Teplice's Pavel Patera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save FK Teplice from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute, Florian Sladký left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Neurode fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to FK Teplice getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Slavoj Janák hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Slavoj Janák's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pavel Prudký was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Slavoj Janák received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Pavel Prudký tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Slavoj Janák managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Teplice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Slavoj Janák was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Slavoj Janák got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Slavoj Janák took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Pavel Prudký to make any attempt to save it. Slavoj Janák received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pavel Prudký came out and tried to block the shot, but Slavoj Janák slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 61st minute. Vojtěch Berný struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Pavel Prudký didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Teplice. In the 67th minute, Florian Sladký got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slavoj Janák in the 69th minute of play forced Neurode's goalkeeper Pavel Prudký to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavel Patera came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Neurode's Josef Weis. But to his dismay, Josef Weis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Slavoj Janák got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 76 minutes into the match, Neurode's goalkeeper Pavel Prudký had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vojtěch Berný. Jan Pecháček kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Tomáš Hyka, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a little luck, Neurode's Pavel Prudký got control of the ball when Vojtěch Berný tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Neurode was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petr Sysel to maneuver through the defense.
