Vágner Love received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jiří Šorm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Tadeo Chico fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 20th minute, Vágner Love left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Oltec fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Vágner Love notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of FK Barcley's Jiří Šorm. Jiří Šorm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in FC Oltec's zone, Jiří Szturc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Soeiro came out of the goal and Jiří Szturc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basílio Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petr Tumpach in the 30th minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Tadeo Chico rounded FK Barcley's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. When Bartoloměj Bechyně fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Oltec's protests and gave Bartoloměj Bechyně a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes FC Oltec got a freekick which was hit by Vágner Love. In the 47th minute Tadeo Chico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jiří Šorm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Petr Tumpach made the kick off in the second half. Josef Glos charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. FC Oltec's Basílio Soeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save FC Oltec from getting a goal against them. Basílio Soeiro made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Petr Tumpach sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vágner Love during the 86th minute.
