That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Vojtěch Holásek might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomáš Houdek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vojtěch Holásek ran back to his position shaking his head. 14 minutes into the match, Lex Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Vojtěch Holásek came free, but Tomáš Houdek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes Froghino got a freekick which was hit by František Vavřina. Radislav Hošťálek made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Bernardo Novaes sent off a good shot on target. After 24 minutes, Paco Arzola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lex Academy and the Froghino players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th match minute, Lex Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paco Arzola to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Froghino's Radislav Hošťálek got control of the ball when Bernardo Novaes tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Lex Academy's Bernardo Novaes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radislav Hošťálek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34thth minute of the game Jiří Skrbek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lex Academy's Tomáš Houdek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Froghino's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lot Hough in the 35th minute. The corner led to Froghino's Alvise Romagnoli getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With a little luck, Froghino's Radislav Hošťálek got control of the ball when Bernardo Novaes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Radislav Hošťálek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Novaes, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Bernardo Novaes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Radislav Hošťálek made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Froghino's zone, Bernardo Novaes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radislav Hošťálek came out of the goal and Bernardo Novaes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Bernardo Novaes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Radislav Hošťálek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Novaes in the 60th minute of play. Lex Academy were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Froghino's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roman Jursa took the corner. The audience was convinced that Bernardo Novaes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radislav Hošťálek was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Novaes couldn't finish the play.
