The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Ausserdinhard HC's zone, Florin Răducioiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marin Weniger came out of the goal and Florin Răducioiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rupert Junker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Fellmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, Alonzo Fellmann notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Internazionale Sirnach's Rupert Junker. Rupert Junker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Jeremias Gschwind got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rupert Junker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Bircher, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 28thth minute of the game Remus Cotuțiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ausserdinhard HC's Marin Weniger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th match minute, Ausserdinhard HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugen Bircher to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the game, Ausserdinhard HC's Riccardo Troxler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rupert Junker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Remus Cotuțiu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marin Weniger firmly grabbed it by the left post. Florin Răducioiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marin Weniger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugen Bircher during the 44th minute. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Eugen Bircher kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Remus Cotuțiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ausserdinhard HC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Lars Wurfel hit a great ball. When FC Internazionale Sirnach's Remus Cotuțiu in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Marin Weniger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Cotuțiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. With a little luck, FC Internazionale Sirnach's Rupert Junker got control of the ball when Riccardo Troxler tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marin Weniger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Răducioiu in the 89th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Florin Răducioiu made a precise shot to the right of Marin Weniger. Ausserdinhard HC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
