Real Bregaglia F.C.'s Elvin Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Schaller in the 7th minute of play. With 9 minutes on the clock, Balthasar Hofer commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 8 minutes into the game, one of Real Bregaglia F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cristobal Gschwind was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Luis Jerzinger capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luis Jerzinger really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 17th play minute Peter Griffin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cristobal Gschwind. 2-1. In the 20th minute Francis Jenni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Gschwind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elvin Paly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Hansen in the 26th minute of play. Elvin Paly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Schaller in the 31st minute of play. If Francis Jenni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan Lauri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Marchissy HC's Cristobal Gschwind got control of the ball when Jan Lauri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olaf Schaller succeeded in the game's 45th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olaf Schaller was the one to do the kick off. Olaf Schaller struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Elvin Paly didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marchissy HC. After having played for 55 minutes, Gian Seeholzer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Bregaglia F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gian Seeholzer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Luis Jerzinger came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Real Bregaglia F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Jerzinger couldn't finish the play. Gian Seeholzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Gschwind having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Marchissy HC's Oleg Simmen got a free kick in the 67th minute. Real Bregaglia F.C.'s Gian Seeholzer got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gian Seeholzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Gian Seeholzer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Bregaglia F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gian Seeholzer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristobal Gschwind breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marchissy HC's Cristobal Gschwind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Lauri in the 77th minute of play. Marchissy HC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Bregaglia F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Marchissy HC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Oleg Simmen hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Marchissy HC's zone, Gian Seeholzer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristobal Gschwind came out of the goal and Gian Seeholzer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jan Lauri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Bregaglia F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Lauri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 92nd minute, Luis Jerzinger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Viktor Hansen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Elvin Paly made a huge save. Marchissy HC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Real Bregaglia F.C. had controlled the match.
