Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Elmer Duvantier kicked off to start the match. Stefan Berardi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elmer Duvantier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, Heinrich Iff notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Thun Berner Oberland's Stefan Berardi. Stefan Berardi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Thun Berner Oberland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elmer Duvantier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 18 minutes of play, Manchester Varzia's Derya Dağasan made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Berardi was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the match, FC Thun Berner Oberland's goal looked a bit too open when Elmer Duvantier came free, but Stefan Berardi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Heinrich Iff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Berardi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kristof Kaelin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filiph Lund hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Ruggero Faoccia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Manchester Varzia's Ilja Grossmann didn't even have to move. Stefan Berardi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derya Dağasan in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, FC Thun Berner Oberland's goal looked a bit too open when Derya Dağasan came free, but Stefan Berardi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Urbain Schuler, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 36 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ilja Grossmann was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Augustin Papa kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. A hard shot by Ruggero Faoccia from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Ilja Grossmann's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 41 minutes, Derya Dağasan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester Varzia and the FC Thun Berner Oberland players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes Manchester Varzia got a freekick which was hit by Derya Dağasan. In the 44th minute of the match, Kristof Kaelin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ilja Grossmann saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice moves Urbain Schuler could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Ilja Grossmann however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 47 minutes, Urbain Schuler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Thun Berner Oberland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urbain Schuler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Urbain Schuler to make the kick off. Elmer Duvantier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Thun Berner Oberland's Stefan Berardi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heinrich Iff in the 55th minute of play. Nicholas Räss hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, FC Thun Berner Oberland's goal looked a bit too open when Elmer Duvantier came free, but Stefan Berardi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Berardi was a little too slow when Heinrich Iff got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-4. 73 minutes into the match, Manchester Varzia's goal looked a bit too open when Urbain Schuler came free, but Ilja Grossmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Urbain Schuler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Ilja Grossmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 79 minutes into the game, Urbain Schuler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Thun Berner Oberland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manchester Varzia the free kick. Urbain Schuler kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Elmer Duvantier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stefan Berardi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Derya Dağasan went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Elmer Duvantier succeeded in the game's 85th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-6. Elmer Duvantier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, FC Thun Berner Oberland's goal looked a bit too open when Elmer Duvantier came free, but Stefan Berardi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 played minutes FC Thun Berner Oberland got a freekick which was hit by Urbain Schuler. When the match was over Manchester Varzia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Thun Berner Oberland throughout the match.
