In the 25th minute, Marvin Simon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Alon Wiesinger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Versace United's supporters rose to their feet, but Alon Wiesinger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alwin Bütler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Birtschen HC's zone, Kaj Iosif stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alwin Bütler came out of the goal and Kaj Iosif tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guillaume Probst struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Alwin Bütler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Versace United. Alwin Bütler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marvin Simon's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, Versace United's Guillaume Probst sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alwin Bütler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benignus Apicella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birtschen HC's Alwin Bütler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillaume Probst in the 85th minute of play.
