Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes Schlieren got a freekick which was hit by Roman Chauvet. Oskar Polonia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glenn De la Cruz in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Schlieren booed when Versace United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marvin Simon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Alon Wiesinger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Versace United's supporters rose to their feet, but Alon Wiesinger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Odysseus Hammer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marvin Simon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Odysseus Hammer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaj Iosif struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Odysseus Hammer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Versace United. Versace United's Oskar Polonia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Versace United from getting a goal against them. When Kaj Iosif fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Versace United's protests and gave Kaj Iosif a yellow card for diving instead. Kaj Iosif hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 28 minutes Ischy Brand shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Oskar Polonia when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marvin Simon in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Odysseus Hammer saved Schlieren from getting behind. After having played for 40 minutes, Alon Wiesinger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Versace United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alon Wiesinger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Versace United's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Glenn De la Cruz 44 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Glenn De la Cruz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Oskar Polonia. That made the score 2-1 in the 48 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When Kaj Iosif was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 53 minutes had been played. In the 54th match minute, Versace United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaj Iosif to maneuver through the defense. Billy Aeberli kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glenn De la Cruz in the 57th minute of play forced Versace United's goalkeeper Oskar Polonia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marvin Simon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odysseus Hammer having to interfere. Odysseus Hammer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Probst, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. If Alon Wiesinger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oskar Polonia came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Schlieren's Glenn De la Cruz. But to his dismay, Glenn De la Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After a rather tough play, Schlieren's Olof Waser got a free kick in the 78th minute. Alon Wiesinger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marvin Simon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Odysseus Hammer skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Guillaume Probst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 90 minutes, Benignus Apicella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Versace United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benignus Apicella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Marvin Simon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Odysseus Hammer was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. The supporters of Versace United booed when Schlieren was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandros Caron didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Versace United's Marvin Simon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Odysseus Hammer. Odysseus Hammer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. The Schlieren support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
