Matthew Pierucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josef Bühlmann having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Tade Walder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glenn De la Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josef Bühlmann having to interfere. Matthew Pierucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Willi Pfister could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Odysseus Hammer made a huge save. Willi Pfister received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Odysseus Hammer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Glenn De la Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, Glenn De la Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Schlieren's goalkeeper Odysseus Hammer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 96 minutes, Thorben Campa made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Schlieren's Odysseus Hammer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
