Janos Trommler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marvin Simon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. Karl Egemann's late challenge caught a Versace United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl Egemann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, FC Asters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl Egemann to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute Guillaume Probst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janos Trommler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Marvin Simon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guillaume Probst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FC Asters's Janos Trommler got control of the ball when Alon Wiesinger tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marvin Simon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Janos Trommler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillaume Probst in the 51st minute of the match. Kaj Iosif struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Janos Trommler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Versace United. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Alon Wiesinger came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Versace United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alon Wiesinger couldn't finish the play. Alon Wiesinger charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Marvin Simon scored 3-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Janos Trommler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of FC Asters booed when Versace United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaj Iosif didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, FC Asters's goal looked a bit too open when Marvin Simon came free, but Janos Trommler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernand Propst hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Benignus Apicella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Henrick Walter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Asters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 84 minutes into the game, Umberto Gladu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Versace United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Asters the free kick. Umberto Gladu hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. But to his dismay, Benignus Apicella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Guillaume Probst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janos Trommler having to interfere. There was no doubt that Versace United were the better team. Versace United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
