In the 9th match minute, FC Janisen 7 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnny Zeller to maneuver through the defense. When Gregory Waller came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the besan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregory Waller couldn't finish the play. besan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Arno Burkart scored to the left of an out of position Johnny Mazuret, making the score, 1-0. Arno Burkart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnny Mazuret having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregory Waller in the 23rd minute of play forced FC Janisen 7's goalkeeper LucaLucan Peyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Gregory Waller put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of LucaLucan Peyer. The audience thought a goal was coming when Josias Ebersbacher got free with Johnny Mazuret in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Clayton Zarrella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in besan's zone, Josias Ebersbacher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johnny Mazuret came out of the goal and Josias Ebersbacher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arno Burkart to strike the kick off in the second half. besan's Clayton Zarrella got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Josias Ebersbacher might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Johnny Mazuret. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Josias Ebersbacher ran back to his position shaking his head. Johnny Mazuret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harald Zahno in the 64th minute of play. Johnny Mazuret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arno Burkart in the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Janisen 7's Harald Zahno got a free kick in the 67th minute. Gregory Waller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. LucaLucan Peyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clayton Zarrella in the 75th minute of play forced FC Janisen 7's goalkeeper LucaLucan Peyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johnny Mazuret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josias Ebersbacher in the 76th minute of play. If Clayton Zarrella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. In the 91st match minute, besan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Räss to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Josias Ebersbacher's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johnny Mazuret was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
