Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Klemens Wüst started the match with the kick off. Hannes Ziegler's late challenge caught a Bex's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hannes Ziegler helped the player get up and apologised. A hard shot by Ferrante Badurina from long distance, 4 minutes into the match, got Maxi Schläpfer's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Benjamin Pellerucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Hess, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the game, Nepomuk Sigrist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zinal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bex the free kick. The supporters of Bex booed when Zinal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nepomuk Sigrist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Hess took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benjamin Pellerucci. Benjamin Pellerucci dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Zinal's Maxi Schläpfer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klemens Wüst in the 22nd minute of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 23rd minute, but Maxi Schläpfer got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Zinal hanging dry this time. Hannes Ziegler got his second yellow card in the match during the 25th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Zinal's Hannes Ziegler got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zinal's goalkeeper Maxi Schläpfer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th minute Klemens Wüst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxi Schläpfer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bex's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ferrante Badurina in the 30th minute. Bex's Ferrante Badurina was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maxi Schläpfer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 34th minute, Zinal's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Garin Wider fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, Zinal's Maxi Schläpfer got control of the ball when Klemens Wüst tried to sneak it across the goal line. Garin Wider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 played minutes Klemens Wüst rounded Zinal's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1.

Bex's Garin Wider got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Zinal's goal looked a bit too open when Garin Wider came free, but Maxi Schläpfer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klemens Wüst in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxi Schläpfer saved Zinal from getting behind. Maurizio Rütimann kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garin Wider in the 64th minute of play forced Zinal's goalkeeper Maxi Schläpfer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Levi Hurschler's late challenge caught a Bex's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Levi Hurschler helped the player get up and apologised. The audience was convinced that Garin Wider's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxi Schläpfer was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. 87 minutes into the game, Elian Batsch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bex's supporters rose to their feet, but Klemens Wüst was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxi Schläpfer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 94 minutes of play, Bex's Garin Wider made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxi Schläpfer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bex's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
