After 11 played minutes Lizzana Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Giraldo Hitz. In the 18th minute, Nicolaj Stahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 20 minutes into the game, Janning Jolidon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Florian Schwegler. Janning Jolidon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 24th minute, Silvano Hellmüller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timo Kaufmann during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Christopher Anderjoli scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maurizio Restle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute of the match, Janning Jolidon got a very nice opportunity to score, but Florian Schwegler was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Giraldo Hitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maurizio Restle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giraldo Hitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Lucas Ottiger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Schwegler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 74th minute, Timo Kaufmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florian Schwegler was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After some careless play in the Lizzana Warriors defense, Janning Jolidon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florian Schwegler. The Lizzana Warriors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florian Schwegler should have stopped the shot. Florian Schwegler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janning Jolidon in the 82nd minute of the match. Maurizio Restle made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Giraldo Hitz sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giraldo Hitz got free with Maurizio Restle in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Lizzana Warriors booed when Fc Janisen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Mutach didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Fc Janisen could leave the field as winners, despite Lizzana Warriors having more of the ball for most of the match.
