If Giraldo Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Seiler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morris Rohn in the 36th minute of play. Carl Seiler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giraldo Hitz's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. When Lizzana Warriors's Giraldo Hitz in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Borgnone FC's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Giraldo Hitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lizzana Warriors's supporters rose to their feet, but Giraldo Hitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Seiler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Philipp Michon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Seiler came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Lizzana Warriors's Paul Wiss. But to his dismay, Paul Wiss quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

The supporters of Lizzana Warriors booed when Borgnone FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philipp Michon didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Carl Seiler managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Lizzana Warriors's Giraldo Hitz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Borgnone FC's zone, Giraldo Hitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Seiler came out of the goal and Giraldo Hitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Virgil Burkart hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Giraldo Hitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 74th minute Giuseppe Baer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Schwegler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giraldo Hitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carl Seiler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christopher Anderjoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Giraldo Hitz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carl Seiler came out and tried to block the shot, but Giraldo Hitz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Morris Rohn in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl Seiler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Borgnone FC's Carl Seiler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Borgnone FC from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute, Giraldo Hitz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carl Seiler. The goal made the score 1-3. A collision led to Borgnone FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Virgil Burkart hit a great ball. With a little luck, Borgnone FC's Carl Seiler got control of the ball when Giraldo Hitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgil Burkart during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Borgnone FC's Virgil Burkart got a free kick in the 98th minute. Lizzana Warriors played a much better game than Borgnone FC and deserved their victory. The Borgnone FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
