Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Loic Locher started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Jurij Tomasi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schmitten's supporters rose to their feet, but Jurij Tomasi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francesco Kraus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andy Winkler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Francesco Kraus made a huge save. Donald Brousse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loic Locher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andy Winkler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jurij Tomasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francesco Kraus having to interfere. Jurij Tomasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Francesco Kraus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francesco Kraus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jurij Tomasi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Herrenhof was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Pfeffer to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Herrenhof's goal looked a bit too open when Andy Winkler came free, but Francesco Kraus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Michael Graf got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Andy Winkler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andy Winkler's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Francesco Kraus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 33 played minutes Herrenhof got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Schwander. Loic Locher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donald Brousse having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Schmitten's Andy Winkler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francesco Kraus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Francesco Kraus made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Andy Winkler sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 49 in the game by Andy Winkler from a close distance when the talented Francesco Kraus managed to make a qualified save. Herrenhof's players were relieved. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jurij Tomasi was the one to do the kick off. Francesco Kraus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Winkler in the 53rd minute of the match. Andy Winkler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francesco Kraus having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Jurij Tomasi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schmitten's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jurij Tomasi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Irvin Colantoni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Herrenhof's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Schmitten the free kick. If Andy Winkler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Schmitten's Hans Campa got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andy Winkler might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francesco Kraus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andy Winkler ran back to his position shaking his head. Pablo Reck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francesco Kraus having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Schmitten fully deserved thier win.
