The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Louis Meili made the kick off in the second half. Theo Loser came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Pfaffensprung's Joao Kappel. But to his dismay, Joao Kappel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 60th minute Argus Fassbind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Loser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Anthony Gmür was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pfaffensprung's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Andwil the free kick.
