Felton Barkholz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tam Ulrich went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. ESC Kriessern's Garcia Lengen got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, ESC Kriessern's goal looked a bit too open when Felice Steiner came free, but Gillian Jaeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Racine during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 21 minutes into the game, Harvey Tschupp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ESC Kriessern's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reigoldswil the free kick. Harvey Tschupp kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When Reigoldswil's Felice Steiner in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In a very dangerous position, a player in ESC Kriessern fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! In the 36th minute of the game, Reigoldswil got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. After a rather tough play, Reigoldswil's Kersten Camiscia got a free kick in the 39th minute. Garcia Lengen took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felton Barkholz. Felton Barkholz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After 45 played minutes Reigoldswil got a freekick which was hit by Endrik Roy. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Garcia Lengen was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Felice Steiner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reigoldswil's supporters rose to their feet, but Felice Steiner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gillian Jaeger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Garcia Lengen fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ESC Kriessern's protests and gave Garcia Lengen a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ESC Kriessern getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Garcia Lengen hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Franek Megnet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felton Barkholz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felton Barkholz was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Garcia Lengen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Garcia Lengen really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. A collision led to ESC Kriessern getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Janning Durr hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Carlos Racine sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ESC Kriessern's Gillian Jaeger didn't even have to move. Felton Barkholz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garcia Lengen in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kersten Camiscia in the 81st minute of play forced ESC Kriessern's goalkeeper Gillian Jaeger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felton Barkholz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franek Megnet in the 83rd minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, ESC Kriessern's Garcia Lengen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felton Barkholz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. After a rather tough play, Reigoldswil's James Bar got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Luc Bachelard was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The Reigoldswil supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ESC Kriessern's performance. The match ended with a win for ESC Kriessern.
