Thimotheus Bargherr scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alberto Rüegsegger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 8 minutes into the match, Thimotheus Bargherr had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alberto Rüegsegger. Oberglatt54's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thimotheus Bargherr was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Alberto Rüegsegger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustl Kuster, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. If Kaj Tschopp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alberto Rüegsegger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harald Weber in the 22nd minute of play. Alberto Rüegsegger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustl Kuster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Serge Strebel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Alberto Rüegsegger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alberto Rüegsegger came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by KosovaElite's Thimotheus Bargherr. But to his dismay, Thimotheus Bargherr quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Alberto Rüegsegger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harald Weber, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Harald Weber had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alberto Rüegsegger. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Harald Weber was the one to do the kick off. Alberto Rüegsegger acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 56th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Teddy Belliger. Oberglatt54's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Thimotheus Bargherr scored to the left of an out of position Alberto Rüegsegger, making the score, 0-6. Alberto Rüegsegger didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 61st minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Eugene Henchoz took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Alberto Rüegsegger to make any attempt to save it. Alberto Rüegsegger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Weber in the 70th minute of the match. Kaj Tschopp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felix Carbonelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. With an all-out effort, KosovaElite's Alberto Rüegsegger threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Thimotheus Bargherr, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 77th minute KosovaElite were awarded a corner. Hans Rominger went to the cornerflag to take it. KosovaElite's Hans Rominger was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alberto Rüegsegger in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alberto Rüegsegger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustl Kuster in the 80th minute. Oberglatt54's Alberto Rüegsegger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Oberglatt54 from getting a goal against them. Oberglatt54's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Thimotheus Bargherr scored to the left of an out of position Alberto Rüegsegger, making the score, 0-9. KosovaElite's Thimotheus Bargherr got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. KosovaElite played a much better game than Oberglatt54 and deserved their victory. The Oberglatt54 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
