Novaggio FC's Linus Teufer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beltrame Kirchhofer in the 16th minute of play. Gerard Spillmann took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Linus Teufer. Novaggio FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Novaggio FC's Grover Huri in 19 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Quint Sanger guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Quint Sanger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Novaggio FC. Beltrame Kirchhofer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Novaggio FC's Odin Gier got his second yellow card of the match in the 39th minute. The referee ordered Odin Gier off the ground. After a rather tough play, Novaggio FC's Odin Gier got a free kick in the 40th minute. With a little luck, Erde's Quint Sanger got control of the ball when Jonas Macchia tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Morten Sturzenegger got free with Linus Teufer in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
