Morten Sturzenegger's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Kasimir Amiel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 26th minute, Michael Dafond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Quint Sanger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Morten Sturzenegger came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Erde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Morten Sturzenegger couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Beltrame Kirchhofer to strike the kick off in the second half. Kasimir Arters short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Quint Sanger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 88thth minute of the game Beltrame Kirchhofer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cierfs HC's Kasimir Amiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beltrame Kirchhofer in the 97th minute of play forced Cierfs HC's goalkeeper Kasimir Amiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Cierfs HC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
