The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Markus Waltispühl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Clayton Hoch fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trinsermühle's protests and gave Clayton Hoch a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Grashoppers Club Zürich booed when Trinsermühle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clayton Hoch didn't get a good kick on the ball.
