Spectators: 6764 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rupert Bédard got the match started through his kick off. If Adrien Grossmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Jeremiah Egger successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 17th minute, Adrien Grossmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rupert Bédard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremiah Egger having to interfere. Jeremiah Egger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rupert Bédard's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Rupert Bédard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Barrilete Cósmico FC! The referee gave Kloten a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luigi Veterini, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Barrilete Cósmico FC's Jeremiah Egger. 1-0. Rupert Bédard struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Jeremiah Egger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kloten. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Barrilete Cósmico FC's Jeremiah Egger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rupert Bédard in the 55th minute of play. Benoit Feldmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Fabrice Tenaglia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sixt Bänninger during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kloten getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Sixt Bänninger hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Desiderius Blättler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rupert Bédard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jeremiah Egger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The nice shot from Ulric Zellweger in the 75thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Fabrice Tenaglia had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After a rather tough play, Kloten's Sixt Bänninger got a free kick in the 78th minute. Kloten's Fabrice Tenaglia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Kloten from getting a goal against them. Matthias Stutz hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Luigi Veterini took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jeremiah Egger. Barrilete Cósmico FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 89 minutes, Rupert Bédard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kloten's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rupert Bédard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matthias Mehri charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matthias Mehri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rupert Bédard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the game, Kloten's Adrien Grossmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremiah Egger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Kloten's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
