Giovanni Zulle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jordan Déziel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giovanni Zulle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. If Anton Lessard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Schmid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Griffin Gassmann having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Bruno Schmid left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC.Posavina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC.Posavina's goalkeeper Giovanni Zulle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anton Lessard to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Jordan Déziel could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Giovanni Zulle however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Schmid in the 76th minute of play forced FC Aigle's goalkeeper Griffin Gassmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, FC.Posavina's goalkeeper Giovanni Zulle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jordan Déziel. Giovanni Zulle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jordan Déziel in the 78th minute. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Aigle!
