If Nathaniel Bucciarelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathaniel Bucciarelli in the 9th minute of play forced Lecce United's goalkeeper Adolfo Trommler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrigo Barbonetti, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Enzo Urner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Ceccarelli in the 13th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ubriako F.C.'s zone, Quint Büchler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Urner came out of the goal and Quint Büchler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adolfo Trommler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nathaniel Bucciarelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Enzo Urner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Quint Büchler went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Uriel Binggeli's late challenge caught a Lecce United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uriel Binggeli helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lecce United booed when Ubriako F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Binggeli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Arrigo Barbonetti sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enzo Urner skillfully saved the ball. Enzo Urner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quint Büchler in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Romeo Ceccarelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nathaniel Bucciarelli was the one to do the kick off. Nathaniel Bucciarelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Lecce United's Hanley Lemmenmeier got a free kick in the 64th minute. Gerald Decorvet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Adolfo Trommler made a huge save. If Quint Büchler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ubriako F.C. getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Miroslav Dutzler hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quint Büchler in the 72nd minute of play forced Ubriako F.C.'s goalkeeper Enzo Urner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 played minutes Lecce United got a freekick which was hit by Ricky von Reding. If Romeo Ceccarelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 86 minutes into the match, Lecce United's Quint Büchler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enzo Urner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 88th match minute, Lecce United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricky von Reding to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the match, Ubriako F.C.'s Nathaniel Bucciarelli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adolfo Trommler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gerald Decorvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Lecce United booed when Ubriako F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theodore Claude didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ubriako F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arrigo Barbonetti was slow to take the kick. During this time Lecce United's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Arrigo Barbonetti almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ubriako F.C.'s Enzo Urner did a great save. When Gerald Decorvet came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Ubriako F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerald Decorvet couldn't finish the play.
