When Harold Gätter came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the UntermattCity213 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harold Gätter couldn't finish the play. After having played for 23 minutes, Renald Geisseler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UntermattCity213's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renald Geisseler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Renald Geisseler had several of the Gresso's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 25 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Pius Himmelreich as he didn't even see the shot coming. The crowd rose to their feet as Renald Geisseler kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pius Himmelreich. That made the score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, UntermattCity213's Kian Gerber nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pius Himmelreich made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. When Emilian Ehrler came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Gresso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilian Ehrler couldn't finish the play. After having played for 42 minutes, Emilian Ehrler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kian Gerber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Renald Geisseler made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renald Geisseler in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pius Himmelreich saved Gresso from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harold Gätter in the 60th minute of play forced Gresso's goalkeeper Pius Himmelreich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Harold Gätter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pius Himmelreich. Gresso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harold Gätter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Pius Himmelreich stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renald Geisseler's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Renald Geisseler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Gresso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umberto Restle to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gresso fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! The referee gave UntermattCity213 a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Stanislaw Loser, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gresso's Pius Himmelreich. 5-0. Kian Gerber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pius Himmelreich having to interfere. Kian Gerber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Pius Himmelreich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pius Himmelreich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renald Geisseler in the 88th minute of play.
