Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Levi Reinhard got the match started through his kick off. Filippo Panetier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Harley Fräfel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Steiger's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Glenn Stelzer's late challenge caught a Maladers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Glenn Stelzer helped the player get up and apologised. 15 minutes into the match, Marlon Melliger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lienhard Steiner. SQUAIRE GAMBETTA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marlon Melliger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. SQUAIRE GAMBETTA's Lienhard Steiner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nick Bürli in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute Hektor Poulin managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. 28 minutes into the match, SQUAIRE GAMBETTA's goal looked a bit too open when Max Rub came free, but Lienhard Steiner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harley Fräfel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filippo Panetier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filippo Panetier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 32 minutes, Lars Hübscher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maladers and the SQUAIRE GAMBETTA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filippo Panetier succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 36th playminute. When Leo Steiger came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SQUAIRE GAMBETTA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Steiger couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Steiger in the 44th minute of play forced Maladers's goalkeeper Harley Fräfel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Filippo Panetier made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Maladers's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Steiger came free, but Harley Fräfel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harley Fräfel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filippo Panetier went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Filippo Panetier managed to get in a good position for a shot. SQUAIRE GAMBETTA's supporters rose to their feet, but Filippo Panetier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harley Fräfel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Maladers defense, Hektor Poulin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harley Fräfel. The Maladers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harley Fräfel should have stopped the shot. Leo Steiger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harley Fräfel having to interfere. When Levi Reinhard fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maladers's protests and gave Levi Reinhard a yellow card for diving instead. Levi Reinhard kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Leo Steiger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harley Fräfel having to interfere. SQUAIRE GAMBETTA's Leo Steiger managed to work through Maladers's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Leo Steiger dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 76 minutes into the game, one of SQUAIRE GAMBETTA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 78th minute, the referee gave Maladers a penalty. Matt Jolicoeur looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Lienhard Steiner. The supporters of SQUAIRE GAMBETTA booed when Maladers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Gremion didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Filippo Panetier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SQUAIRE GAMBETTA's Filippo Panetier got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Sixtus Wehrlin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st match minute, Maladers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matt Jolicoeur to maneuver through the defense. Filippo Panetier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harley Fräfel having to make a save. Filippo Panetier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harley Fräfel having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SQUAIRE GAMBETTA fully deserved thier win.
