The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lutz Schreiber in the 4th minute of play forced Ems's goalkeeper Forrest Hertzog to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ems's Forrest Hertzog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Williams von Moos in the 5th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Veleshta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignazio De Souza to maneuver through the defense. Dylan Bollier came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Forrest Hertzog could save by the left post. Forrest Hertzog made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Lutz Schreiber sent off a good shot on target. Forrest Hertzog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Williams von Moos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Veleshta's Lutz Schreiber dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Ignazio De Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lutz Schreiber got free with Forrest Hertzog in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 46 played minutes Ems got a freekick which was hit by Lambert Banda. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joe Walliser to make the kick off. A collision led to Veleshta getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Mitja Hofstetter hit a great ball. Ignazio De Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Forrest Hertzog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Williams von Moos in the 58th minute of play. After 60 minutes of play, Veleshta's Dylan Bollier made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Forrest Hertzog was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuno Pfeiffer in the 63rd minute of play forced Ems's goalkeeper Forrest Hertzog to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 66 minutes, Dylan Bollier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Veleshta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dylan Bollier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Ems's Lambert Banda got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ems's goalkeeper Forrest Hertzog, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Lutz Schreiber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Forster Verlengia in the 82nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Veleshta's Ignazio De Souza. In the 84th minute Williams von Moos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Forrest Hertzog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Williams von Moos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Forrest Hertzog was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th minute, Ignazio De Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Veleshta were the better team. Veleshta's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
