Knut Zehntner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Vogler in the 6th minute. When Hercules Margùerat fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Traktor Madiswil's protests and gave Hercules Margùerat a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Eduard Disler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Knut Zehntner was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, FC Traktor Madiswil's Orell Eggers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benedict Gut narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orell Eggers was the one to do the kick off. Lars Abendroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Benedict Gut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute of the match Samuele Lipp shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benedict Gut showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Orell Eggers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Vogler struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Knut Zehntner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Tibau du Sul. In the 66th minute, Lars Vogler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Eduard Disler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Tibau du Sul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Lars Vogler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars Vogler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Knut Zehntner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
