Alexis Lauber kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 3rd minute Carlos Brandenberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilles Imbach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Brandenberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Gilles Imbach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilles Imbach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Brandenberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The Ferden FC fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Ferden FC's Carlos Brandenberger looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gilles Imbach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Gerig, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Gilles Imbach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Gerig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Gerig in the 28th minute of play forced Lozärn's goalkeeper Gilles Imbach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilles Imbach was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th minute of the match Justin Borer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilles Imbach showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Brandenberger to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Lozärn getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Andi Ehrler hit a great ball. Rodrigo Gerig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Ferden FC's Carlos Brandenberger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilles Imbach narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gilles Imbach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Brandenberger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Brandenberger in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilles Imbach saved Lozärn from getting behind. Ferden FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
