The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The audience was convinced that Clayton Zubriggen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven Wespi was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Sven Wespi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clayton Zubriggen's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Rob Loiacono didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 89th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. Gerold Amiel kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Sigriswil's Sven Wespi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clayton Zubriggen in the 98th minute of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of Sigriswil were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Lausen side.
