Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jeff Troxler made the kick off which started today's match. Francois Wiesenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Jeff Troxler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 13 minutes, Jeff Troxler made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Flerden HC's Gabriel Ruppen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Michael Chiavetta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Lüthi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lyonel Schwaller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lyonel Schwaller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Lüthi in the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Klusi's Hannes Beljean got a free kick in the 26th minute. Guido Lüthi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lyonel Schwaller having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Klusi's goalkeeper Lyonel Schwaller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul Masciolo. After having played for 40 minutes, Damien Bachmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Klusi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damien Bachmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damien Bachmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Ruppen having to interfere. Guido Lüthi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guido Lüthi was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Flerden HC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Rainier Kolly hit a great ball. If Paul Masciolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Klusi's zone, Paul Masciolo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lyonel Schwaller came out of the goal and Paul Masciolo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lyonel Schwaller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Lüthi in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Lüthi in the 63rd minute of play forced Klusi's goalkeeper Lyonel Schwaller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guido Lüthi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lyonel Schwaller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Masciolo in the 67th minute of play. When Flerden HC's Guido Lüthi in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Klusi's goalie prevented a goal. If Paul Masciolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paul Masciolo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lyonel Schwaller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Lüthi, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Guido Lüthi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
