But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horatio Ehrenbolger couldn't finish the play. Ian Routhier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphael Bianco in the 6th minute of the match. Nikodemus Vitelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Mac Donders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute Raphael Bianco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Routhier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ian Routhier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Rast in the 11th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Raphael Bianco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Routhier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilbert Schmitt's late challenge caught a Nankatzu F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilbert Schmitt helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Saland FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! Ian Routhier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicolai Migneault went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ian Routhier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Bianco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, Bernd Gabriel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saland FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nankatzu F.C the free kick. A collision led to Saland FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Bernd Gabriel hit a great ball. When Horatio Ehrenbolger fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saland FC's protests and gave Horatio Ehrenbolger a yellow card for diving instead. After 37 played minutes Saland FC got a freekick which was hit by Horatio Ehrenbolger. Nikodemus Vitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mac Donders having to interfere. Gillian Kohler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nankatzu F.C's Ian Routhier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphael Bianco in the 47th minute of play.

Ian Routhier made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Rene Rast sent off a good shot on target. Hans-Ruedi Reufer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 54 played minutes Nankatzu F.C got a freekick which was hit by Gillian Kohler. Tomas Wider kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Horatio Ehrenbolger hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Renato Soucy took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Ian Routhier to make any attempt to save it. Rene Rast could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Ian Routhier made a huge save. In the 68th match minute, Nankatzu F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricius Schneider to maneuver through the defense. In the 72ndth minute of the game Nikodemus Vitelli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saland FC's Mac Donders was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ian Routhier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Bianco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th match minute, Saland FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Bianco to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, Nikodemus Vitelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gillian Kohler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mac Donders having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Saland FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Ruedi Reufer came free, but Mac Donders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ian Routhier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphael Bianco, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After some careless play in the Saland FC defense, Nikodemus Vitelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mac Donders. The Saland FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mac Donders should have stopped the shot. The Nankatzu F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Saland FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Saland FC.
