A collision led to AS Gnosca getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Clinton Fritsch hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, one of FC Ol10:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Ol10. The goalkeeper, Blaise Lisibach, was totally fooled by AS Gnosca's Pawel Hennenberg, who 7 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 10 minutes into the match, FC Ol10's goal looked a bit too open when Kajetan Christen came free, but Blaise Lisibach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeremie Camenzind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Schmocker in the 12th minute of play. Andreas Badurina scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Blaise Lisibach, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Andreas Badurina who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Blaise Lisibach when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jeremie Camenzind showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Schmocker, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. FC Ol10's Clemens Nuessli got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beppe Erasmo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, AS Gnosca's Pawel Hennenberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Pawel Hennenberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of AS Gnosca protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Pawel Hennenberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 32 minutes into the game, one of AS Gnosca:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With a little luck, FC Ol10's Blaise Lisibach got control of the ball when Andreas Badurina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Blaise Lisibach made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Andreas Badurina sent off a good shot on target. AS Gnosca's Jeremie Camenzind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemens Nuessli in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

If Andreas Badurina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Ol10 booed when AS Gnosca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Badurina didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemens Nuessli got free with Jeremie Camenzind in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 69 minutes, Andreas Badurina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AS Gnosca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Badurina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blaise Lisibach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Badurina in the 71st minute of the match. Andreas Badurina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Andreas Badurina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blaise Lisibach. FC Ol10's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andreas Badurina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. In the 86th minute, Alexandre Schmocker fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. There was no doubt that AS Gnosca were the better team. AS Gnosca's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
