The referee showed Elijah Schifferli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elijah Schifferli kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Kilian Mathieu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Kilian Mathieu came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the magna spe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kilian Mathieu couldn't finish the play. When Dario Lagrange fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fußballverein Suhr's protests and gave Dario Lagrange a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fußballverein Suhr! Kiran Sablone charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 33rd minute, Kilian Mathieu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The magna spe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Kilian Mathieu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37thth minute of the game Jonathan Graf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fußballverein Suhr's Thomas Stäger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 39 minutes into the game, magna spe's Jonathan Graf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Stäger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Thomas Stäger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Graf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Kilian Mathieu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Thomas Stäger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kilian Mathieu made a kick off. Clas Zeffiro's late challenge caught a Fußballverein Suhr's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clas Zeffiro helped the player get up and apologised. Clas Zeffiro hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Thomas Stäger made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Jonathan Graf sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute Kilian Mathieu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Stäger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Stäger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clas Zeffiro went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. In the 64th minute, Kilian Mathieu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Fußballverein Suhr's goal looked a bit too open when Kilian Mathieu came free, but Thomas Stäger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kiran Sablone was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 73 played minutes Fußballverein Suhr got a freekick which was hit by Kiran Sablone. Jonathan Graf took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thomas Stäger. Thomas Stäger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. In the 86th minute, Fußballverein Suhr's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jonathan Graf fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jonathan Graf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Thomas Stäger made a huge save. In the 89th minute Kilian Mathieu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Stäger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kilian Mathieu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Stäger having to interfere. Fußballverein Suhr's Thomas Stäger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Fußballverein Suhr from getting a goal against them. magna spe's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
