Lax's Havel Märki got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hennes Lamontagne struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Karl Qela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lax. Hennes Lamontagne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Qela having to interfere. If Vincenzo Vonarburg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hennes Lamontagne struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Norberto Vonrotz took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dominique Kyd to make any attempt to save it. Karl Qela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hennes Lamontagne in the 28th minute of the match. Hennes Lamontagne charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hennes Lamontagne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lax getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Hennes Lamontagne hit a great ball. Hennes Lamontagne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute Bernardo Gut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Qela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardo Gut in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl Qela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Hennes Lamontagne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl Qela was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Gut made a kick off. Dominique Kyd didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Jackshit's Norberto Vonrotz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Bernardo Gut charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Gut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bernardo Gut was extremely unlucky when he, in the 65th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Lax's Bernardo Gut in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jackshit's goalie prevented a goal. Jackshit's Karl Qela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Jackshit from getting a goal against them. Hennes Lamontagne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Karl Qela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardo Gut received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karl Qela came out and tried to block the shot, but Bernardo Gut slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 72nd minute. When Lukas Cathomas fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lax's protests and gave Lukas Cathomas a yellow card for diving instead. Jackshit's Karl Qela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Gut in the 78th minute of play. After 81 minutes, Guillermo Rösli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lax and the Jackshit players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Guillermo Rösli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th match minute, Lax was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konstantin Hauri to maneuver through the defense. The Jackshit support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
