Alphonse Enzmann's late challenge caught a Chiasso SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alphonse Enzmann helped the player get up and apologised. Alphonse Enzmann kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match Henrick Fabich shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oleg Schläpfer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Oleg Schläpfer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Finger, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The corner led Rigor Mortis's Alphonse Enzmann to fire away a dangerous shot which Toby Grob despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Rigor Mortis's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Bühler came free, but Oleg Schläpfer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Finger in the 43rd minute of play forced Rigor Mortis's goalkeeper Oleg Schläpfer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Chiasso SC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Rasul Bur hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dario Finger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emiliano Bühler got in the 68th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Oleg Schläpfer handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
