The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Rigor Mortis's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Christopher Girardelli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With his leg Oleg Schläpfer managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when FC Littão's Umberto Weiss fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Umberto Weiss who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Oleg Schläpfer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Narcis Giurăscu took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oleg Schläpfer. Oleg Schläpfer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 14 played minutes Rigor Mortis got a freekick which was hit by Leon Mathieu. The supporters of Rigor Mortis booed when FC Littão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Ekelund didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvatore Elisabeth in the 17th minute of play forced FC Littão's goalkeeper Lutger Wolfer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rigor Mortis's Oleg Schläpfer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Rigor Mortis from getting a goal against them. Narcis Giurăscu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Oleg Schläpfer made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Rigor Mortis's Gunnar Ruckli got a free kick in the 21st minute. Oleg Schläpfer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Umberto Weiss in the 25th minute. Juan La Rosa charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan La Rosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Christopher Girardelli charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Rigor Mortis's Ezra Gilli got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Theo Massey notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Rigor Mortis's Oleg Schläpfer. Oleg Schläpfer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot by Silvanus Colmano from long distance, 64 minutes into the match, got Lutger Wolfer's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Umberto Weiss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Claudius Donsante came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the FC Littão fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudius Donsante couldn't finish the play. Umberto Weiss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute, Narcis Giurăscu made a precise shot to the right of Oleg Schläpfer. Rigor Mortis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After having played for 83 minutes, Umberto Weiss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Littão's supporters crossed their fingers, but Umberto Weiss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Claudius Donsante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When FC Littão's Umberto Weiss in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rigor Mortis's goalie prevented a goal. Oleg Schläpfer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Weiss, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Oleg Schläpfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umberto Weiss in the 97th minute of play. When Francesco De Col came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the FC Littão fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francesco De Col couldn't finish the play. Narcis Giurăscu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the FC Littão players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
