Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sergius Labrie kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice moves Neron Süber could shoot a difficult shot in the 3rd minute, which Germano Balmer however easily saved by the left post. When Steffisburg's Jordan Bernuzzi, in the 6th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Steffisburg. Sergius Labrie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute, Silvan Hofer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Germano Balmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordan Bernuzzi in the 13th minute of the match. After having played for 14 minutes, Neron Süber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Steffisburg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Neron Süber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Jordan Bernuzzi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Germano Balmer. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Steffisburg's Neron Süber got a free kick in the 27th minute. Tam Küng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Wegmüller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cordell Dupéré hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Jordan Bernuzzi came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Steffisburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jordan Bernuzzi couldn't finish the play. Neron Süber in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Germano Balmer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Jordan Bernuzzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jordan Bernuzzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Scipio Pierucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tam Küng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Wegmüller in the 65th minute. Raul Wegmüller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Tam Küng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Germano Balmer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jordan Bernuzzi's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute, Sergius Labrie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jordan Bernuzzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tam Küng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergius Labrie, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Steffisburg's Jordan Bernuzzi got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Neron Süber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Steffisburg booed when Isenfluh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Earnest Thoma didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jordan Bernuzzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jordan Bernuzzi in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Germano Balmer saved Isenfluh from getting behind. In the 95thth minute of the game Jordan Bernuzzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Isenfluh's Germano Balmer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Steffisburg's Jordan Bernuzzi got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Steffisburg were the better team. Steffisburg's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
