Spectators: 7736 (Terracing: 5803, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nikolai Dolder got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Romanel HC's Uberto Ackerman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roger Urfer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Ulrich Zuber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nascharegnas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Hans-Ruedi Figini scored to the left of an out of position Roger Urfer, making the score, 1-0. Romanel HC's Julius Ziswiler shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Roger Urfer but with some difficulty. Nikolai Dolder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felicien Bourgouin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikolai Dolder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uberto Ackermans short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Roger Urfer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Roger Urfer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans-Ruedi Figini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, Romanel HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markus Gassmann to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Nascharegnas's goalkeeper Roger Urfer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uberto Ackerman. Roger Urfer made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Uberto Ackerman sent off a good shot on target. Sebastian Trolla hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hans-Ruedi Figini to make the kick off. Nascharegnas's Horatio Oester got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nikolai Dolder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Horatio Oester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd match minute, Romanel HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Trolla to maneuver through the defense. Roger Urfer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Ruedi Figini in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Romanel HC's Uberto Ackerman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roger Urfer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uberto Ackerman might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roger Urfer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Uberto Ackerman ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Romanel HC's Peder Meisser got a free kick in the 76th minute. Roger Urfer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Ruedi Figini in the 81st minute of the match. Felicien Bourgouin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikolai Dolder in the 83rd minute of play. Nikolai Dolder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felicien Bourgouin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute Hans-Ruedi Figini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Urfer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger Urfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans-Ruedi Figini in the 92nd minute of play. Roger Urfer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uberto Ackerman in the 93rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uberto Ackerman in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Urfer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Romanel HC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
