Nascharegnas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fräschels HC the free kick. Nascharegnas's Roger Urfer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joe Amberg in the 8th minute of play. If Björn Reuteler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horatio Oester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bryan Ramseier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joe Amberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Urfer having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Fräschels HC's goalkeeper Bryan Ramseier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horatio Oester. Joe Amberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Roger Urfer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Björn Reuteler in the 24th minute of play forced Nascharegnas's goalkeeper Roger Urfer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Joe Amberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fräschels HC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 31st minute Joe Amberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Urfer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joe Amberg in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Urfer saved Nascharegnas from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikolai Dolder in the 42nd minute of play forced Fräschels HC's goalkeeper Bryan Ramseier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Horatio Oester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fräschels HC's Bryan Ramseier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Fräschels HC from getting a goal against them. Horatio Oester could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Bryan Ramseier made a huge save. After the first half Fräschels HC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the game, Omer Achen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nascharegnas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fräschels HC the free kick. After 52 played minutes Nascharegnas got a freekick which was hit by Omer Achen. Joe Amberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Urfer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Roger Urfer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joe Amberg in the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of Fräschels HC booed when Nascharegnas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Bucheli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nascharegnas's zone, Joe Amberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Urfer came out of the goal and Joe Amberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Fräschels HC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Aldo Häfliger hit a great ball. Nascharegnas's Nikolai Dolder got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nikolai Dolder struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Bryan Ramseier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nascharegnas. Joe Amberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Björn Reuteler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Roger Urfer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Nascharegnas's goal looked a bit too open when Joe Amberg came free, but Roger Urfer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikolai Dolder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryan Ramseier having to interfere. The supporters of Nascharegnas booed when Fräschels HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuele Kurmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute of the match Roberto Ebersbach sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bryan Ramseier skillfully saved the ball. Nascharegnas's Nikolai Dolder got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 85 minutes, Horatio Oester managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nascharegnas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horatio Oester was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bryan Ramseier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horatio Oester, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Roger Urfer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joe Amberg in the 89th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nascharegnas's Ingvar Bucheli got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Nascharegnas's zone, Joe Amberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Urfer came out of the goal and Joe Amberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fräschels HC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
